电连接器特性参数原位分析系统的设计

摘要:

为模拟电连接器的真实服役条件并获取各特性参数的退化数据,设计了一种电连接器特性参数原位分析系统。系统能够在模拟的温/湿度环境、微动环境下完成电连接器的机械插拔实验和连续通电实验。通过设计电连接器插拔模拟机械平台、多路信号测控电路及上位机软件,实现了接触电阻、插拔力、绝缘电阻等特性参数的原位测试。系统可用于电连接器失效现象复现和失效机理的研究。

Abstract:

In order to simulate the real service conditions and obtain the degradation data of electrical connector,a test rig for in-situ analysis characteristic parameters of electrical connector is designed.The repetitive insertion and withdrawal test and the continuous ohmic heating test could be carried out under the setting temperature,humidity and fretting environment.Meanwhile,the contact resistance,mechanical force,insulation resistance and other characteristic parameters could be recorded simultaneously with the help of designed multi-channel signal measurement and control circuit and programmed software.It is valuable for the recurrence of the failure phenomenon and the study of failure mechanism of electrical connectors.
