摘要:

为了改善重载情况下交流接触器普遍存在的电寿命失效问题,从动稳定性和热稳定性两方面进行了理论分析,确认了产品结构、触头压力、接触电阻等失效因素。短时耐受过载电流能力试验、电寿命试验结果表明,失效因素对接触器的性能确实存在重大影响。

关键词: 电寿命, 重载, 触头压力, 接触电阻, 温升, 短时耐受过载电流

Abstract:

In order to improve the electrical durability of contactors in heavy duty condition,the failure factors such as product structure,contact pressure and contact resistance are confirmed by theoretical analysis of dynamic stability and thermal stability.It is proved that the above failure factors do have significant influence on the performance of contactor through short time capacity test and electric life test.
