摘要:

为了满足电器设备小型化的需求,解决交流接触器载流提升后的温升超标问题,通过分析影响交流接触器温升和接触电阻的主要因素,选择提升接触器载流能力的可行途径。以某型号交流接触器为对象,对触点材料、接触类型、触头压力等进行优化,通过理论计算验证了优化方案的可行性,最后通过试验验证了方案的有效性。

Abstract:

In order to meet the demand for miniaturization of electrical equipment and solve the problem of temperature rise exceeding the standard after the current carrying capacity of AC contactors was increased,a feasible approach to improve the current carrying capacity of contactors was selected by analyzing the main factors affecting the temperature rise and contact resistance of AC contactors.Taking a certain type of AC contactor as the object,the contact material,contact type,contact pressure,etc.were optimized.The feasibility of the optimization scheme was verified through the theoretical calculation,and the effectiveness of the scheme was finally verified through experiments.
