摘要:

航空航天等应用领域对接触器的振动等耐力学环境性能要求较高,对接触器振动指标优化设计进行研究,通过有限元仿真计算,得出接触器辅助触点组件结构中的薄弱点,并通过虚拟样机模拟明确改进方向及预期改善效果,为接触器振动指标优化设计提供理论依据。根据计算结果进行实际装样验证,接触器振动指标提升明显,充分论证了优化设计方法的有效性,优化后的产品性能提升明显,可满足使用需求。

Abstract:

The application fields,such as aeronautics and astronautics,require high performance of contactor in vibration and other endurance environment.In this paper,the optimization design of the contactor vibration index is studied.Through the finite element simulation calculation,the weak points in the structure of the auxiliary contact components of the contactor are obtained,and the improvement direction and expected improvement effect are determined through the virtual prototype simulation,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the contactor vibration index.According to the calculation results,the vibration index of the contactor is improved obviously,which fully demonstrates the effectiveness of the optimization design method.The performance of the optimized product is obviously improved,which can meet the needs of use.
