继电器柔性触簧系统电接触性能的比较研究

摘要:

触簧系统对继电器的电气性能影响很大。通过有限元仿真分析实现了柔性触簧系统结构的接触压力、接触位置、接触面积、搓动量与推杆(衔铁)行程的变化关系,并进一步分析了回路电阻、接触电阻与接触压力的关系。最后,比较分析了不同类型柔性触簧系统的电接触性能。

Abstract:

The spring components of electromagnetic relays play a vital role in its electrical performance.In this paper,the relationship between contact force,contact position,contact area,sliding distance and the travel of push rod (or armature) is obtained by finite element simulation,and the relationship between circuit resistance,contact resistance and contact force is further analyzed.Finally,the electrical contact performances of different types of flexible spring components are compared and analyzed.
