连续通电条件下触桥结构继电器接触电阻退化机理研究

摘要:

在高温环境中连续通电条件下,对触桥结构继电器的电接触可靠性开展实验研究,通过监测其接触电阻随通电时间的变化曲线,以及多个循环周期后的退化趋势,发现接触电阻具有逐渐增大的典型特征。进一步通过测试簧片力学性能参数,确认簧片的劲度系数降低以及触桥不平衡是接触电阻增加,并最终导致继电器接通失败的主要原因。

Abstract:

An experimental study is carried out on the electrical contact reliability of relay with contact bridge structure under the condition of continuous current loading in high temperature environment.By monitoring the curve of the contact resistance change with power-on time and the degradation trend after several cycles, it is found that the contact resistance has a typical characteristic of gradual increase.Further, by testing the mechanical properties of the reed, it is confirmed that the decrease of the stiffness coefficient of the reed and the imbalance of the contact bridge are the main reasons leading to the increase of the contact resistance and finally the failure of the relay.
