摘要:

接触电阻是低压控制电器的关键参数。首先在梳理电接触的理论模型的基础上,提出一种考虑粗糙表面特征的接触电阻仿真分析方法。然后研究接触区域特征、接触电阻与压力载荷的依赖关系。最后,与光滑表面接触电阻计算结果对比,确认接触斑点具有随压力载荷奇异性变化的特征,这也是接触电阻非线性变化的根本原因。

Abstract:

Contact resistance is a critical parameter in low voltage control apparatus. Firstly, based on the collation of the theoretical model of electrical contact, a simulation analysis method of contact resistance considering the characteristics of rough surfaces is proposed.Then, the dependence relationships among the characteristics of the contact area,contact resistance and pressure load are explored.Finally,by comparing the results of contact resistance calculations with those for smooth surfaces, it is confirmed that the contact spots exhibit singular change with the pressure loads, which is the fundamental reason for the nonlinear change of the contact resistance.
