Research on Promotion Method of Adjustment-Free Rate for Batch Products Based on Kriging Model and Variation Function

摘要:

平衡力式密封电磁继电器在装配完成后的性能测试中合格率相对较低,需要大量的调试来使产品合格率提升。针对吸合释放电压的计算,通过灵敏度分析确定4个关键输入参数,均与永磁体相关;基于最优拉丁超立方抽样方法选择输入参数的样本点,建立电磁系统有限元模型;根据静态特性数据建立Kriging近似模型,利用变异函数对Kriging模型进行修正以减小误差,实现吸合释放电压的快速计算;通过与有限元模型的对比,验证了快速计算模型的精度。基于所建立的快速计算模型,进行免调率参数设计和容差设计,并通过实际样机生产验证了免调率提升效果。

Abstract:

The acceptability rate of batch products of the balanced force hermetically sealed electromagnetic relay (HSER) in the performance testing after assembly is relatively low,and a lot of adjustment is needed to improve the acceptability rate of products.Four key input parameters are selected through the sensitivity analysis focusing on pick-up voltage and release voltage,which are all related to the permanent magnet.Based on the Optimal Latin Hypercube Sampling method,the sample points of input parameters are selected to establish the finite element model (FEM) of electromagnetic system.The Kriging approximate model is built according to the data of static characteristics.To reduce the error,the Kriging model is modified by using the variation function,and the fast calculation of pick-up voltage and release voltage is realized.By comparing with the finite element model,the accuracy of the fast calculation model is verified.Based on this fast calculation model,the parameter design of adjustment-free rate and tolerance design are carried out.The improvement effect of adjustment-free rate is verified by the actual prototype production.
