摘要:

针对城市轨道车辆继电器在实际运用过程中产生的失效数据很少,难以使用Weibull分析等常用参数评估方法对其寿命进行分析的问题,提出了一种在无失效数据条件下估算继电器平均动作次数的方法,进而利用二项分布参数估计和实际可靠度要求评估继电器在实际工况下的可靠寿命,并据此优化检修间隔期。通过实例,证明所提方法的可行性和有效性。应用所提方法可以在保证轨道车辆安全可靠运行的条件下有效降低运维成本,提升运营经济性水平。

Abstract:

A method for estimating the average number of relay actions under the condition of no failure data is proposed to address the issue of limited failure data generated during the actual operation of urban rail vehicle relays, which is difficult to analyze their lifespan using commonly used parameter evaluation methods such as Weibull analysis. Furthermore, using the binomial distribution parameter estimation and actual reliability requirements the reliability life of relays under actual operating conditions is evaluated, and the maintenance interval is optimized.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method is proved through examples. The application of the proposed method can effectively reduce operation and maintenance costs while ensuring the safe and reliable operation of rail vehicles, and improve the level of operational economy.
