摘要:

电磁继电器作为广泛应用于各类电气控制系统的关键部件,其性能稳定性直接关乎系统的可靠运行。针对电磁继电器的稳定处理工艺展开研究。通过全面剖析现有工艺,明确诸如参数处理不够精准、缺乏多因素综合考量、工艺效率较低等问题。进而以试验与理论分析相结合为手段,系统地探索优化稳定处理工艺的有效方法。旨在全面提高电磁继电器的性能稳定性与可靠性,为相关产品的研发提供参考。

Abstract:

As a key component widely used in various electrical control systems, the performance stability of electromagnetic relay is directly related to the reliable operation of the systems. An study of the stabilization treatment process of electromagnetic relay is focused on. By comprehensively analyzing the existing processes, problems such as inaccurate processing parameters, lack of comprehensive consideration of multiple factors, and low process efficiency are identified. Furthermore, by combining experimental and theoretical analysis, the effective methods for optimizing the stabilization treatment process are systematically explored. The aim is to comprehensively improve the performance stability and reliability of electromagnetic relay, providing the reference for the product research.
