拍合式继电器衔铁内折角测试装置的结构设计与实际效果

摘要:

电磁系统为铁路信号拍合式继电器的重要组成部分,电磁系统中衔铁行程对铁路信号拍合式继电器的电气特性有直接影响,衔铁折角角度更是影响衔铁行程的重要因素。为了提高衔铁折角角度的筛选精度,以铁路信号拍合式继电器中的衔铁零件作为研究对象,提出一种模拟衔铁在继电器中运动过程的衔铁内折角的测试方法,并设计了衔铁内折角测试装置。在实际生产试用过程中,发现使用所设计装置筛选出来衔铁的角度测试结果更加符合正态分布,且通过筛选的衔铁组装成继电器的电气特性一致性更好,证明了通过所设计装置筛选比现有的方法筛选误差更小。

Abstract:

Electromagnetic system is an important part of railway signal snap-in relay,the armature stroke in the electromagnetic system has a direct impact on the electrical characteristics of the railway signal snap-in relay,armature angle is an important factor affecting the armature stroke.In order to improve the screening accuracy of the armature angle,the armature parts in the railway signal snap-in relay is taken as the research object,A testing method for simulating the internal angle of the armature bending angle of the armature movement process in the relay is proposed.According to this method,the armature bending angle inner angle testing device is designed.After the design is completed,it is tested in actual production.It is found that the angle test results of the armature screened by the device are more in line with the normal distribution,and the electrical characteristics consistency of the armature assembled into the relay obtained by screening is better,which can prove that the screening error of the device is smaller than that of the existing method.
