摘要:

针对失效率等级M级的航天继电器比普通继电器增加了触点稳定时间的测试要求,提出了控制稳定时间的方法。主要研究了触点稳定时间的影响因素,试验数据验证了测试负载、触点洁净度等对触点稳定时间的影响。

Abstract:

A method for controlling the stability time of aerospace relays is proposed to meet with the added the testing requirements for a failure rate level of M aerospace relays contact stability time compared to the ordinary relays.The main factors affecting contact stability time are studied.The effects of test load, contact cleanliness, and other factors on contact stability time is verified by the experimental data.
