晶体罩密封电磁继电器有限体积负载能力提升方法研究

Research on Method of Improving Load Capacity Within Limited Volume of Crystal Cover Sealed Electromagnetic Relay

摘要:

航天航空领域中使用的密封电磁继电器具有体积小、环境适应性强的特点。针对继电器有限体积下高负载能力的需求,首先分析继电器高负载工况下的产品失效机理,基于单因素分析方法,分别以电磁系统保持力与吸合电压最大阈值为上下限,确定影响空间最大化形位参数的主要影响因素,实现触点开距增加的最大化设计方案。接着,分别尝试加装散热片方案、增加SF6灭弧气氛方案,以及在有限空间内增加永磁体灭弧等方案。基于试验结果比对,确定了有限体积内的继电器设计,制作原理样机并进行生产试验。最终,根据高温寿命试验结果确定加装散热片为最优设计方案。

Abstract:

Sealed electromagnetic relays used in the aerospace field are characterized by small size and strong environmental adaptability.In view of the demand of high load capacity under the limited volume of the relay,firstly,the product failure mechanism of the relay under high load condition was analyzed.Based on the single factor analysis method,the main influencing factors of the shape and position parameters affecting the maximization of space were determined by taking the maximum threshold of the holding force and the maximum suction voltage of the electromagnetic system as the upper and lower limits.The design scheme of maximizing the increase of contact opening distance was realized.Subsequently,schemes such as installing a heat sink,adding SF6 arc extinguishing atmosphere,and adding a permanent magnet arc extinguishing in the limited space were tried respectively.Based on the comparison of the test results,the design of the relay within the limited volume was determined,and the principle prototype was made and the production test was carried out.Finally,according to the results of the high-temperature life test,it was determined that the installation of heat sink was the optimal design scheme.
