Research on Power Structure Configuration Based on Continuous Power Flow

摘要:

合理优化电源结构对于积极稳妥推进“双碳”目标、加快规划建设新型能源体系、推动能源低碳转型具有重要战略意义。面向超大型城市受端电网,提出一种基于连续潮流的电源结构配置模型。首先,对外送电和本地电的比例内涵进行分析;其次,对涉及该比例的关键因素展开研究;最后,建立外送电和本地电比例区间分析模型,基于连续潮流对最大本地电和最大外送电的接入场景进行求解。仿真结果表明,所建模型能够有效形成合理的比例区间,解决电源结构的配置问题。

Abstract:

Reasonable optimization of power structure is of strategic significance for actively and steadily promoting the goal of “dual carbon”, accelerating the planning and construction of a new energy system, and promoting the low-carbon transformation of energy. A power structure configuration model based on continuous power flow is proposed for mega-city power grids at the receiving end. Firstly, the connotation of the ratio between export and locally consumed power is analyzed. Secondly, the key factors involved in the ratio are studied. Finally, an analytical model of the range of the ratio between export and locally consumed power is established, and the scenarios of both the maximum locally consumed power and the maximum export power are solved based on the continuous power flow. The simulation results show that the proposed model can effectively form a reasonable ratio interval and solve the problem of the power structure configuration.
