Research on Control Method of Synthetic Test Based on Recursive Least Square Algorithm

摘要: 针对大容量合成试验的精度要求高、实时响应速度快的控制要求,采用了递推最小二乘算法预测短路电流的零点;同时分析了采样精度、采样频率、噪声、频率偏移等因素对预测算法计算精度的影响,并且给出了改进的方法。为了验证算法的准确性,搭建了以DSP为核心器件的合成回路控制系统。试验结果表明,电压回路和延弧回路的实际投入时间与设定时间的误差在50 ms以内,满足合成试验精度要求,保证合成试验的等效性。

Abstract: To meet the control requirements of high precision and fast real-time response in large-capacity synthetic test,this paper used recursive least square(RLS) algorithm to predict the zero of short-circuit current,and analyzed the influence of sampling accuracy,sampling frequency,noise,frequency offset and other factors on the calculation accuracy of the prediction algorithm.The method of restraint and improvement was also given.In order to verify the accuracy of the algorithm,a synthetic circuit control system based on DSP was built.The experimental results show that the errors between the actual input time and the setting time of the voltage loop and the arc extension loop are less than 50 ms,which meets the accuracy requirements of the synthesis experiment and ensures the equivalence of the synthesis experiment.
