摘要:

储能技术是指用于储存能源的技术手段。“十四五”期间,我国新能源发电装机规模持续增长,储能技术随之快速发展,国家及地方政府为保障储能技术的健康、快速发展,相继出台百余项相关政策。以国家政策为分析起点,总结国家层面储能相关政策要点,并梳理我国东北、西北、华北、华中及南方地区的储能政策和电力系统发展服务政策,通过对比各地区储能政策的差异,分析区域政策导向下的储能应用需求及发展趋势,论述我国储能产业未来的发展前景并提出发展建议。

Abstract:

Energy storage technology refers to the technological means used to store energy.During the 14th Five Year Plan period,the installed capacity of new energy generation in China continued to grow,and energy storage developed rapidly.In order to ensure the healthy and rapid development of energy storage technology,the national and local governments have successively introduced more than 100 relevant policies.The national policies are taken as the starting point for analysis,the key points of national energy storage policies are summarized,and the energy storage policies and power system development service policies are sorted out in Northeast,Northwest,North China,Central China,and South China.By comparing the differences in energy storage policies in different regions, the demand and development trends of energy storage applications are analyzed under the policy guidance in each region, the future development prospects of China’s energy storage industry are discussed,and the forward development suggestions are put forword.
