Robust Optimization Method of New Energy Accommodation in Flexible Interconnected Distribution Network Considering Network Reconfiguration

摘要:

随着可再生能源的普及,配电网新能源消纳成为主要问题。考虑到柔性互联装置在大城市的应用背景,为提升配电网消纳能力,提出一种考虑网络重构的柔性互联配电网新能源消纳能力鲁棒优化方法。首先,分析智能软开关(SOP)与网络重构的原理;接着,建立考虑SOP与网络重构的新能源消纳能力模型,利用凸松弛技术将非线性模型转化为二阶锥规划模型(SOCP);然后,考虑新能源出力的不确定性,建立两阶段鲁棒优化模型,并用列与约束生成(C&CG)算法求解。在IEEE 33节点系统上验证算法有效性,结果表明SOP与网络重构的协同优化有助于提升中压配电网的新能源消纳能力。

Abstract:

With the popularization of renewable energy,the consumption of new energy in the distribution network has become a major problem.Considering the application background of flexible interconnection devices in large cities,in order to improve the accommodation capacity of distribution network,a robust optimization method of new energy accommodation capacity of flexible interconnection distribution network considering network reconfiguation is proposed.Firstly,the principle of soft open point (SOP) and network reconfiguration is analyzed.Secondly,a new energy accommodation capacity model considering SOP and network reconfiguration is established,and the nonlinear model is transformed into a second-order cone programming model by the convex relaxation technology.Then,considering the uncertainty of new energy output,a two-stage robust optimization model is established and solved by the column-and-constraint generation (C&CG) algorithm.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified on the IEEE 33-node system.The results show that the cooperative optimization of SOP and network reconfiguation helps to improve the new energy accommodation capacity of medium voltage distribution network.
