摘要:

针对通信用直流断路器的额定直流工作电压特点,利用大容量多磁路变压器,设计一种针对通信用直流断路器的短路测试系统。系统采用内置整流电路、就近增加调节阻抗,采用独立的控制系统和移动式测量系统等,实现额定电压DC 100 V及以下短路电流能力最大至25 kA测试,适用于通信用直流断路器的短路测试。

Abstract:

Based on the rated DC operating voltage characteristics of communication DC circuit breakers, a short-circuit testing system for communication DC circuit breakers is designed using a large capacity multi magnetic circuit transformer. The system adopts the built-in rectifier circuit and the regulating impedance nearby, the independent control systems and mobile measurement systems to test a maximum short-circuit current capacity of 25 kA for rated voltage DC 100 V and below, which can be suitable for short-circuit testing of communication DC circuit breakers.
