双断点塑壳断路器触头机构在极限短路分断能力试验中的振动性研究

Study on Vibration of Contact Mechanism of Double Breakpoint Moulded Case Circuit Breaker in Limit Breaking Capacity Test

摘要:

针对双断点塑壳断路器在闭合过程中,动、静触头受到高强度冲击载荷或交变载荷产生触头振动时,使得动触头在接触碰撞瞬间产生弹跳的问题,提出了一种断路器触头机构。通过试验验证,新的断路器触头机构将极限短路分断能力从100 kA提高到150 kA,大大减小燃弧时间及通断时间,有效改善触头弹跳问题。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem that the moving and static contacts vibrate due to high-strength impact load or alternating load during the closing process of double breakpoint moulded case circuit breaker,a contact mechanism of circuit breaker is proposed.The test results show that the new circuit breaker contact mechanism increases the limit short-circuit breaking capacity from 100 kA to 150 kA,greatly reduces the arcing time and on-off time,and effectively improves the contact bounce problem.
