一种半控型直流断路器控制器的设计与研究

Design and Research on Semi Controller of DC Circuit Breaker

摘要:

针对10 kV直流配电网工程中直流断路器的控制,提出了一种半控型、模块化设计、高稳定性、低成本的直流断路器控制器方案。首先依据电流转移型直流断路器控制原理搭建控制回路,详细分析了直流断路器控制器的工作原理和实现方案。其次设计以PLC为核心控制模块,将直流断路器的控制分为4个不同的控制子模块,通过就地光电转换和光纤实现PLC快速检测和控制直流断路器。最后,搭建试验平台验证,并经型式试验进一步验证分析,试验结果均表明以PLC作为电流转移型直流断路器控制的核心响应时间、全电流清除时间均能够满足要求。

Abstract:

A semi controlled,modular design,high stability and low cost DC circuit breaker controlgear is developed based on the DC circuit breaker to meet the control requirement of 10 kV DC distribution network project.Firstly,the conrol circuit according to the control principle of current transfer DC circuit breaker,and the working principle and implementation schcme of DC circuit breaker controller are analyzed in detail.Secondly,taking PLC as the core controller of DC circuit breaker,the controller of DC circuit breaker is divided into four different control sub modules.The PLC rapid detection and control of DC circuit breaker is developed through the local photoelectric conversion and optical fiber.Finally,the platform test and type test show that the response time and full current cleaning time of the DC circuit breaker taking PLC as the controller can meet requirements.
