摘要:

交流电磁铁的吸合动作直接决定了其做功性能与电气通断控制性能。设计了一种用于交流电磁铁吸合特性的测试系统。系统具有磁间隙可调,线圈合闸相角可选,线圈电压、线圈电流、动态力可同步测试的功能。最后,以交流接触器为例,测试分析了交流电磁铁吸合过程的典型波形,研究了合闸相角对碰撞力和吸合时间的影响。

Abstract:

The pull-in action of AC electromagnet directly determines its work performance and electrical on-off control performance.The novel testing system for the pull-in characteristics of AC electromagnet is designed. The highlights include the adjustable magnetic gap, the controllable closing phase angle and the simultaneous measurement of coil voltage, coil current and dynamic force. Finally, taking the electromagnetic system of AC contactor as an example, the typical waveforms of the pull-in process of AC electromagnet are recorded and analyzed, and the effects of the point-on-wave on collision force and pull-in time are investigated.
