摘要:

断路器最重要的特性就是接通和分断短路电流。为了提高开断性能,降低短路电流对电网中其他电气设备的电动力与热效应,断路器常具有限流性能,利用快速增长的电弧电压来限制短路电流。通过对回路电动力(洛仑兹力)结构设计来达到限流目的,对多种结构进行设计分析,达到为国内生产厂家提供新的设计思路目的。

Abstract:

The most important characteristic of a circuit breaker is its ability to turn on and off short-circuit current.In order to improve the breaking performance and reduce the electric power and thermal effects of short-circuit current on other electrical equipment in the power grid,the circuit breaker often has current-limiting performance,and the short-circuit current is limited by rapidly increasing arc voltage.By designing the structure of the loop electric force (Lorentz force) to achieve current limiting,the various structures are analyzed and designed to provide new design ideas for the domestic manufacturers.
