交流接触器短路环抗断裂性能优化

Optimization on Fracture Resistance of Shading Ring of AC Contactor

摘要:

针对交流接触器中短路环断裂导致动铁心振动的问题,以减小碰撞能量对短路环影响为切入点,优化短路环的抗断裂性能。运用有限元法对短路环装配应力进行分析,进而剖析短路环的断裂机理,并通过交流接触器机械寿命测试对仿真结果进行验证。通过仿真研究短路环装配、线圈单元匝数、电磁系统反力、电磁系统动铁心结构对短路环抗断裂能力的影响,并对结果进行试验验证。结果表明,提出的优化方案减小了碰撞能量对短路环的冲击,提高了短路环的抗断裂能力,为交流接触器短路环设计优化提供指导。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of the vibration of the moving circuit unit caused by the fracture of the shading ring in the AC contactor,the fracture resistance of the shading ring is optimized by reducing the impact of collision energy on the shading ring.The assembly stress of the shading ring is analyzed by the finite element method,and then the fracture mechanism of the shading ring is analyzed.The simulation results are verified by the mechanical durability test of the AC contactor.The influence of the shading ring assembly,turns of coil unit,reaction force of electromagnetic system and moving circuit unit structure of electromagnetic system on the fracture resistance of shading ring is studied by simulation.The results are verified by experiments.The results show that the proposed optimization scheme reduces the impact of collision energy on the shading ring,improves the fracture resistance of the shading ring,and provides the guidance for the design and optimization of the shading ring of AC contactor.
