摘要:

低压直流系统的快速发展,对传统断路器的开断性能提出了更高的要求,电力电子器件的使用为直流断路器的发展提供了新的思路。综述目前两种新型直流断路器的发展现状,从电路拓扑结构和电力电子器件特性对纯固态断路器进行概述,而对混合式断路器的总结主要立足零电压和零电流两种不同的换流方式,最后指出未来新型直流断路器在控制策略、模块集成、开断性能和模型仿真4个方面的发展前景,为新型直流断路器的发展提供有用的参考。

Abstract:

The rapid development of low voltage DC system puts forward the higher requirements for the breaking performance of the traditional circuit breaker.The use of power electronic devices provides a new idea for the development of DC circuit breaker.This paper reviews the development status of two novel DC circuit breakers,provides a brief introduction of solid-state circuit breaker from the circuit topological structure and characteristic of power electronic devices,and summarizes the hybrid circuit breaker mainly based on commutation modes including zero-voltage switching and zero-circuit switching.Finally,the development prospects of novel DC circuit breaker is pointed out in the future including controlling strategy,module integration,breaking capacity and model simulation,which can provide a useful reference for the development of novel DC circuit breaker.
