直流条件下不同银氧化锡电接触材料电性能研究

Study on Electrical Properties of Different Silver Tin Oxide Electrical Contact Materials Under DC Conditions

摘要:

采用合金内氧化法制备了不同AgSnO2In2O3材料及铆钉,在DC 13.5 V/25 A、阻性负载条件下进行模拟电性能试验。比较了3种丝材的力学性能与显微组织,研究了不同AgSnO2In2O3材料的电性能影响作用机理。得出结论:随着Sb2O3含量的增加,丝材密度、硬度、抗拉强度呈现出逐渐降低的趋势;当Sb2O3含量较低时,以材料转移机理为主,随着Sb2O3含量的增加,触点以消耗机理为主;当Sb2O3含量为1%时,抗熔焊性能最优;适量的Sb2O3通过增加熔桥的脆性从而提高触点材料的抗熔焊性能。

Abstract:

Different AgSnO2In2O3 materials and rivets were prepared by alloy internal oxidation method.Besides,the simulated electrical properties were carried out under the conditions of DC 13.5 V,25 A and resistive load.The mechanical properties and microstructure of three kinds of wires were compared and the influence mechanism on electrical properties of different AgSnO2In2O3 materials was studied.It is concluded that with the increase of Sb2O3 content,the density,hardness and tensile strength of wires showed a gradual decreasing trend.When Sb2O3 content was low,the mechanism of material transfer was the main mechanism.As the increase of Sb2O3 content,the contact mechanism was mainly consumption.When Sb2O3 was 1%,the anti-welding resistance was the best.An appropriate amount of Sb2O3 could improve the anti-welding resistance of contact materials by increasing the brittleness of the melting bridge.
