飞机接触器触头状态恶化机理分析与维护研究

摘要:

飞机接触器触头粘连导致接触器失效的故障频发,恶劣环境使得接触器触头寿命远低于理想寿命,给外场维护工作带来了困难。研究外场条件下接触器触头表面恶化机理,对制定维护方案、提高维护质量、保证飞行安全有重大意义。从宏观和微观角度观察触头表面状态,分析接触斑点元素构成,结合飞机接触器工作环境特点,重点研究接触电阻增大的故障机理。举例现行外场接触器触头维护工作中存在的误区与造成的危害,研究了触头的外场检查及维护改进方案,有助于维护人员掌握接触器健康状态和剩余寿命,达到降低接触器故障率的目的。

Abstract:

The contactor failure caused by the contact adhesion of aircraft contactor occurs frequently,and the harsh environment makes the contact life of the contactor far lower than the ideal life,which brings great difficulties to the field maintenance work.It is of great significance to study the deterioration mechanism of the contact surface of the contactor under the field conditions to formulate the maintenance plan,improve the maintenance quality and ensure flight safety.The contact surface states from macro and micro angles are observed,the composition of contact spot elements is analyzed,and the fault mechanism of contact resistance increasing in combination with the characteristics of aircraft contactor working environment is researched.Taking the existing misunderstandings and hazards in the current field contactor contact maintenance,the field inspection and maintenance improvement scheme of the contact are studied,which can help the maintenance personnel master the health status and remaining life of the contactor and achieve the purpose to reduce the failure rate of the contactor.
