高压直流接触器电弧分断关键技术研究

摘要:

针对技术特点呈现差异化发展的高压直流接触器,通过非加压设计,从触头开距、灭弧栅片、驱弧磁场、分断速度以及燃弧气体的流动等不同角度对比分断波形,以研究空气介质的直流电弧分断技术。经结果对比分析,合理的气道与灭弧栅片布局对于电弧的熄灭最为关键,一定范围内的驱弧磁场能保证电弧的有效拉伸,一定的触头开距与分断速度能够有效控制燃弧时间。

Abstract:

For the high voltage DC contactor with the differentiated development according to the technical characteristics,under the premise of unpressurized design,the DC arc breaking technology of air medium is studied by comparing the breaking waveform from the different angles such as contact opening distance,arc extinguishing grid,arc driving magnetic field,breaking speed and arc burning gas flow.The comparative analysis of the results shows that the reasonable layout of gas channel and arc extinguishing grid is the key to the extinction of arc,the arc driving magnetic field in a certain range can ensure the effective stretching of the arc,and a certain contact opening distance and breaking speed can effectively control the arc burning time.
