含多光储微电网直流型主动配电系统动态协同控制

Dynamic Coordination Control Strategy for DC Active Distribution Systems with Multi PV-Storage Microgrids

摘要:

针对含有分布式电源接入的配电网系统稳定运行问题,提出了一种面向含多光储微电网配电系统动态协同控制方法。首先设计了一种含配电网和微电网两级直流母线的放射状直流型主动配电系统结构,且相邻各微电网级直流母线由联络开关连接;其次分别针对配电网和微电网层面,设计了系统在并网和孤岛运行情况下不同运行模式,同时为保证系统的稳定运行,提出了包括P/Q控制、UDC/Q控制及U/f控制的各接口单元间的动态协调控制策略。最后,通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真实验,分别从光伏系统(PVS)出力波动、负载容量变化、故障及并离网切换4个方面验证了所提出控制策略的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:

Aiming at the stable operation of the distribution network system with distributed power access,a dynamic cooperative control method for the distribution system with multi PV-storage microgrid is proposed.Firstly,a radial DC active distribution system structure with the two-level DC bues of the distribution network and microgrid is designed,and the adjacent microgrid level DC bues are connected by tie switches.Different operating modes of the system under grid-connected and islanded operation are designed.To ensure the stable operation of the system,a dynamic coordination control strategy among interface units including P/Q control,UDC/Q control and U/f control is proposed.Finally,through MATLAB/Simulink simulation experiments,the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy are verified from four aspects of photovoltaic system (PVS) output fluctuation,load capacity change,fault and connected-grid switching.
