摘要:

为了提升继电器的产品性能和优化产品设计,研究继电器结构参数对动态特性的影响,并通过正交试验方法确定继电器优化参数。首先验证继电器动态特性仿真模型和实物样机的一致性,借助仿真模型探究继电器不同结构参数对动态特性的影响情况。以触点间隙、衔铁初始角度和工作气隙长度为调整参数,以触点接触压力和磁路稳定闭合时间为评价指标,进行三因素四水平的正交试验设计;分析试验结果,得出3种因素对评价指标的影响情况。最后,以试验数据为基础选取最佳参数组合,提出优化方案,提高了产品设计效率,为样机制造提供参考。

Abstract:

In order to improve the product performance and optimize the product design of relay,the influence of relay structural parameters on dynamic characteristics are studied,and the relay optimization parameters by orthogonal test method are detemined.Firstly,the consistency between the relay dynamic characteristic simulation model and the physical prototype is verified,and the influence of different structural parameters of the relay on the dynamic characteristics is explored with the help of the simulation model.Taking the contact gap,the initial angle of armature and the length of working air gap as adjustment parameters,and the contact pressure and the stable closing time of magnetic circuit as evaluation indexes,the orthogonal experimental design of three factors and four levels is carried out.By analyzing the test results,the influence of three factors on the evaluation indexes is obtained.Finally,based on the test data,the optimal parameter combination is selected,and the optimization scheme is proposed,which improves the product design efficiency and provides a reference for the prototype manufacturing.
