摘要:

电力系统断路器分合闸控制回路通常使用电磁继电器实现回路自保持。针对国产化替代测试中一例保持继电器触点粘连的问题进行分析,发现由于继电器结构设计原因导致上电后抖动次数较多、时间较长。测试表明在断路器跳合闸线圈工作电流较大的应用场景下,继电器上电抖动可能使触点产生烧蚀并产生粘连故障。在电力系统断路器分合闸回路选用保持继电器时,需考察继电器的触点弹跳时间、弹跳次数,避免应用中产生触点粘连问题。

Abstract:

Electromagnetic relay is commonly used in tripping on/off a circuit breaker,where it can be used as a circuit holder.A case of the relay contact sticking fault found in the relay substitution test process is analyzed.It is demonstrated that the relay structure design caused more bounces and longer time after power on.The test shows that the relay bounce may lead to the contact sticking when the working current of tripping the circuit breaker closing coil is large.As a conclusion,the relay used in tripping on/off circuit breaker circuits shall check its bounce time and bounce count to avoid sticking problem.
