摘要:

永磁断路器的合闸机械特性关乎到产品的重要功能,不仅需要研究永磁机构本身,而且需要分析传动结构的特性,提出了永磁断路器合闸机械特性的仿真方法。通过动力学仿真获取传动结构的位移、力关系,再通过瞬态电磁场仿真得到永磁断路器的合闸机械特性,最后按照定义计算断路器的合闸速度和时间。结果在合理范围,验证了断路器的传动结构、永磁机构设计的合理性。

Abstract:

The closing mechanical characteristics of permanent magnet circuit breakers are related to the important functions of the product.It is not only necessary to study the permanent magnet mechanism itself,but also to analyze the characteristics of the transmission structure.The simulation method of the closing mechanical characteristics of the permanent magnet circuit breaker is proposed.The displacement and force relationship of the transmission structure are obtained through the dynamic simulation.Then,the closing mechanical characteristics of the permanent magnet circuit breaker is obtained through the transient electromagnetic field simulation.Finally,according to the definition,the closing speed and time of the circuit breaker are calculated.The results are within a reasonable range,which can prove the rationality of the design of the circuit breaker's transmission structure and permanent magnet mechanism.
