摘要:

首先,从直流电路模型的微分方程出发阐述直流断路器电弧熄灭原理,分析负载的时间常数对直流电弧的能量、电弧电压、燃弧时间的影响。其次,通过二维电弧模型仿真分析在不同时间常数(5 ms、10 ms)下的电弧熄灭过程以及电弧电压特性,得到时间常数对于燃弧时间、飞弧以及峰值电弧电压具有决定性影响,并通过物理实验来验证仿真结果。基于负载对直流断路器电弧特性影响的研究,对掌握如何快速熄弧,减少电弧对触头的烧蚀,提高直流断路器分断可靠性提供了一定的参考。

Abstract:

Firstly,the arc extinction principle of DC circuit breaker is described based on the differential equation of DC circuit model,and the influence of load time constant on DC arc energy,arc voltage and arcing time is analyzed.Secondly,the arc extinction process and the characteristics of arc voltage under different time constants (5 ms,10 ms) are analyzed by the two-dimensional arc model simulation.It is obtained that the time constant has a decisive influence on the arcing time,flashover and peak arc voltage.The simulation results are verified by the physical experiments.Based on the research on the influence of load on the arc characteristics of DC circuit breaker,a certain reference is provided for mastering how to quickly extinguish the arc,reducing the ablation of the arc on the contact,and improving the breaking reliability of DC circuit breaker.
