摘要:

高压断路器分合闸的振动信号富有机械故障信息,基于振动信号信息的断路器机械诊断研究具有重要的工程应用价值。为提升断路器分合闸过程中振动信号的采集效率,提出了一种基于高压断路器分合闸振动过程突变点的两阶段辨识方法。首先,通过第一阶段动态异方差检验初步判断突变发生,其次,通过第二阶段基于潜在突变时刻集的条件方差突变检验确定突变点。进而构建信号采集通道的切换机制,在不提升硬件条件的同时提高了采集效率。最后通过江苏电网的实际应用验证了文中所提出的两阶段辨识方法的有效性。

Abstract:

Mechanical fault information is rich in the vibration signal during the closing and opening process of HV circuit breaker,the study on the mechanical diagnosis of circuit breaker based on vibration signal information is of practical value in the engineering.To promote the efficiency of the signal acquisition during the closing and opening process of HV circuit breaker,a two-step identification method of the breakpoint in closing and opening vibration process of HV circuit breaker is proposed.Firstly,the sudden change is preliminary detected by the dynamic heteroscedasticity test in the first step.Secondly,the breakpoint is detected by conditional variance test based on the potential mutation moment set in the second step.Moreover,the switching mechanism of the signal acquisition channel is proposed,and the acquisition efficiency is promoted without the additional hardware.Finally,the practical application in Jiangsu power grid verifies the effectiveness of the proposed two step identification method.
