摘要:

以Creo及ADAMS建立的断路器触头系统及机构系统多刚体动力学模型为基础,通过Ansys分析了断路器实际实验过程中储能轴弯曲变形的原因。以Hypermesh,Ansys及ADAMS建立了将下连杆柔性化,触头系统及机构系统中其他部件刚性化的刚-柔耦合模型,仿真计算分析了下连杆断裂失效的原因。最后通过两个案例的计算,间接证明通过软件进行多刚体计算与刚-柔耦合分析得到的结果具有一定的参考价值,为后续产品开发过程中其他类似问题的解决提供依据。

Abstract:

Based on the multi-rigid body dynamic model of the circuit breaker contact system and mechanism system established by Creo and ADAMS,the reason for the bending deformation of the energy storage shaft in the actual experiment of the circuit breaker is analyzed by Ansys.Based on Hypermesh,Ansys and ADAMS,a rigid-flexible coupling model was established to make the lower link flexible and the contact system and other parts in the mechanism system rigid.The reasons for the fracture and failure of the lower link were analyzed through simulation calculation.Finally,through the calculation of two cases,it is indirectly proved that the results of multi-rigid calculation and rigid-flexible coupling analysis calculation by software have certain reference value,and also provide a basis for the solution of other similar problems in the subsequent product development process.
