一种大电流空气断路器电触点焊接工艺研究

摘要:

研究了Emax 系列空气断路器电触点使用BAg15CuP钎料焊接的焊接工艺,同时与BAg40CuZnCd钎料的焊接性能进行对比。通过金相分析,得出了BAg15CuP钎料在大电流空气断路器电触点的最佳焊接工艺,开发出合适的高频感应焊接线圈,成功完成大电流空气断路器电触点高频感应钎焊的工艺改进。

Abstract:

The welding technology of electric contacts of Emax series air circuit breakers welded with BAg15CuP brazing filler metal is studied,and the welding performance is compared with that of BAg40CuZnCd brazing filler metal.By the metallographic analysis,the optimal welding technology of BAg15CuP brazing filler metal in the electric contacts of high current air circuit breakers is obtained,and the appropriate high-frequency induction welding coil is researched.The technology improvement of high-frequency induction brazing of high current air circuit breaker electric contacts is successfully completed.
