摘要:

有载分接开关(OLTC)是有载调压变压器的重要组件。工作时,触头频繁切换且电流较大,故障频发;频繁的离网故障检修,经济损失较大,影响电网正常运行。对现有的OLTC信号分析方法归纳总结,整体比较了方法之间的异同。按实时监测方法是否破坏本体结构,可分为介入与非介入性测试;按测试参数可分为电信号、非电信号测试。利用多维参数、多策略检测方法,具有较好的识别精度。后续可利用故障诊断专家库系统或机器学习等方法,更好地实现OLTC状态监测与故障诊断。

Abstract:

On-load tap changer (OLTC) is an important component of on load voltage regulating transformer.During operation,the contact switches frequently and the current is large,and faults occur frequently.Frequent troubleshooting requires off grid operation,which results in large economic losses and affects the normal operation of the power grid.The existing OLTC signal analysis methods are summarized and compared.According to the real-time monitoring method,it can be divided into intervention and non intervention testing.According to the test parameters,it can be divided into electrical signal and non electrical signal tests.The method of multi dimension parameter and multi strategy detection has better recognition accuracy.Subsequently,the fault diagnosis expert database system or machine learning can be used to better realize OLTC condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.
