摘要:

通过分析热双金属片残余应力产生的原因及对产品的影响,研究了高温热处理对消除热双金属片残余应力的方法,得出了残余应力与热处理循环次数存在一定的负相关关系,确立了参考测算公式。将理论公式进一步试验,验证了其具有较高的有效性。

Abstract:

By analyzing the causes of thermal bimetal residual stresses and its influence on the product,the method of high temperature heat treatment to eliminate the residual stress of the thermal bimetallic is studied.It is concluded that the residual stress and heat treatment cycles has certain negative correlation relationship,and the calculation formula for reference is established.The theoretical formula is further tested to verify its high effectiveness.
