摘要:

纯铁的磁性能影响继电器的核心功能。主要探究在不同的热处理工艺下几种不同纯铁材料磁性能的差异,并仿真研究对继电器相关性能的影响。结合继电器的实际使用情况,提出了继电器纯铁材料以及热处理工艺选择的建议。

Abstract:

The magnetic properties of the pure iron affect the core function of relays.The differences in magnetic properties of several pure iron materials are investigated primarily under various heat treatment processes and the impact on relay related performane is simulated.Finally, based on the actual usage scenarios of relays,the recommendations on the selection of pure iron materials and heat treatment processes of relay are put forward.
