摘要:

根据2017~2019年配电变压器的国家质量监督抽查数据,找出近年抽查结果中主要质量缺陷,针对其中合格率最低项目中的空载损耗和负载损耗参数测量问题进行分析,通过损耗测量系统误差基本源和测量结果不确定度的研究,探讨影响损耗准确测量关键技术、结果符合性控制策略及不确定度评估要点,为配电变压器设计和质量管控提供参考。

Abstract:

According to the results of spot checks by state supervision of 2017~2019 distribution transformer product quality, for the main quality defects of examination results in recent years, this paper discussed the measurement of no-load loss and load loss parameters in the lowest qualified rate project.Through the study of the loss measuring system error basic source and the uncertainty degree of measuring results, the paper analyzed the key technology affecting the accurate maesurement of loss, the result compliance control and the evaluation of the uncertainty to provide reference for distribution transformer design and quality control.
