摘要:

基于硬件在环系统设计了一种低压电器自动测试系统,可进行温升测试、电压测试和电流测试及相关测试,并通过人员授权等方式,提高系统的执行安全性。通过对虚拟仪器的快速编程,减少了人为操作的次数,提高了测试效率,加速了对低压产品的检测。管理员可通过授权特定测试人员进入系统的方式,提高测试人员的工作效率。

Abstract:

Based on the hardware-in-the-loop (HIL),this paper designs an automatic test system for low voltage electrical appliances,which can carry out temperature rise test,current test and voltage test.And the tests will improve the internet safety of the system by means of personnel authorization.Through the rapid programming of virtual instrument,the number of operation is reduced.Then administrators can improve the productivity of testers by granting specific access to the system.
