JP柜剩余电流动作断路器短路分断技术研究

Study on Short-Circuit Breaking Technology for Residual Current Operated Circuit Breaker in JP Cabinet

摘要:

电网JP柜剩余电流动作断路器短路分断低,但国网抽检要求一次通过,需确保其低分断能力可靠性。通过比较分析不同静触头结构,确认下进线U型静触头适合低分断,可提高电动斥力,缩短分断时间;气吹能加快转移电弧,提高电弧电压,防止背后击穿;调整触头压力,避开临界分断,小壳架临界点限制在抽检区间外,大壳架完全由瞬动脱扣操作机构分断,瞬动时间越短分断速度越快。通过短路分断对比试验,结果表明U型静触头、气吹、触头压力、瞬动脱扣时间可提高低分断稳定性。

Abstract:

Low short-circuit breaking capacity plays essential role for the residual current operated circuit breaker (RCB) sample testing in JP cabinet,which is required that the first pass yield (FPY) should be 100%.It is necessary to ensure the reliability of the low breaking capacity.By comparing with a few types of static contacts,U-shape static coutact of bottom incoming line is defined to be suitable for low breaking capacity,which can increase the electromagnetic repulsion force and shorten the breaking time.Gas blowing can accelerate the transfer of the arc,increase the arc voltage,and prevent the back breakdown.The contact pressure is adjusted to avoid critical breaking.The critical point of the small frame is limited outside the sampling inspection range,and the large frame is completely broken by the instantaneous tripping operating mechanism.The shorter the instantaneous tripping time is,the faster the breaking speed is. Through the comparative test of short-circuit breaking,the U-shaped static contact,gas blowing, contact pressure and instantaneous tripping time can improve the stability of low breaking capacity.
