Active Power Filter Data Acquisition System Based on LabVIEW

摘要:

在有源电力滤波装置的研发过程中,需要对电路参数、功能特征进行试验验证。现阶段应用于采集及研发分析的数据采集系统不能满足有源电力滤波装置整个研发阶段的需求。针对这一现状,设计了一种可以应用于研发试验和委托试验的数据采集系统,实现了对有源电力滤波装置运行状况的实时监控、异常报警的功能,以及自动计算产品谐波滤除率、总谐波滤除率、响应时间、有功功率损耗等指标参数的功能,同时也实现了产品交流输入过欠压保护、输出过电流保护、限流保护等保护功能的验证。经过试验验证,设计的采集系统能够满足有源电力滤波装置研发过程的运行数据在线监测、特征参数自动计算的智能化需求,完成相关标准的试验项目测试。

Abstract:

In the research and development of active power filter,it was necessary to test and verify the circuit parameters and functional characteristics.At present,the acquisition system applied to the acquisition and research and analysis of the required test data could not meet the requirements of the whole development stage of the active power filter.In view of this situation,a data acquisition system which can be applied to research and development test and commissioned test was designed.The functions of real-time monitoring and abnormal alarm of active power filter were realized.It can automatically calculate the harmonic filtering rate,total harmonic filtering rate,response time,active power loss and other parameters.At the same time,the protection functions,such as AC input overvoltage and undervoltage protection,output overcurrent protection and current limiting protection,were verified.The experimental results showed that the acquisition system designed could meet the requirements of on-line monitoring of operational data and automatic calculation of characteristic parameters during the research and development of active power filter,and also be able to complete relevant standard test items.
