摘要:

电磁式带过电流保护的剩余电流动作断路器(RCBO)的抗电磁干扰能力较强,但在实际产品生产过程中,施加瞬时高倍电流校验产品瞬时特性时,存在产品漏电特性同时动作的情况,导致无法判断产品瞬时特性是否合格,对产品生产造成一定的影响。通过仿真分析找出了导致产品失效的机理,提出了磁环设计的改进建议。

Abstract:

Electromagnetic residual current operated circuit breakers with integral over current protection (RCBO) have strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability,but in the actual production process,when the instantaneous high current is applied to verify the instantaneous characteristics of the breaker,the leakage characteristics of the breaker may act at the same time,which makes it impossible to judge the instantaneous characteristics of the product.Whether the instantaneous characteristics are qualified or not will have a certain impact on the production of the breaker.Through simulation analysis,we find the mechanism leading to the failure and put forward suggestions for improving the design of the magnetic ring.
