继电器贮存可靠性研究方法综述

Review on Research Methods of Relay Storage Reliability

摘要:

研究继电器的可靠性和寿命预测有着重要的意义。概述了继电器的贮存失效机理,分析了继电器贮存可靠性的研究现状。阐述说明了继电器退化定义,并介绍了基于退化规律进行寿命预测的优点。归纳了通过随机退化模型进行可靠性评估的应用和各自特点,如Wiener模型、Gamma模型、Weibull模型。最后,简要概括了加速贮存试验方法在继电器可靠性预测领域的应用,总结了继电器贮存可靠性分析的不足以及今后研究方向。

Abstract:

It is of great significance to study the reliability and life prediction of relays.The mechanism of relay storage failure is summarized,and the research status of relay storage reliability is analyzed.The definition of relay degradation is explained,and the advantages of life prediction based on the degradation law are introduced.The application and characteristics of reliability evaluation by the random degradation model are summarized,such as Wiener model,Gamma model and Weibull model.Finally,the application of accelerated storage test method in the field of relay reliability prediction is briefly summarized,and the shortcomings of relay storage reliability analysis and the future research direction are summarized.
