A Guardian DC Power Supply System Based on Battery Tap Grouping and Its Control Strategy

摘要:

传统的直流电源系统采用蓄电池串联结构,存在可靠性较低、蓄电池手动核容耗能高以及安全隐患等问题。在不改变传统直流系统结构的情况下,提出一种基于蓄电池抽头分组的守护型直流电源系统及其控制策略。通过蓄电池分组升压并联实现母线冗余供电,解决蓄电池组单节电池故障等造成母线失压的问题,提高直流母线供电的可靠性。同时提出一种守护型直流电源系统的自动核容策略,减少手动核容过程中的能量损耗,提升直流电源设备的维护效率。

Abstract:

The traditional DC power supply system adopts a series connection structure of batteries,which has problems such as low reliability,high energy consumption of manual battery capacity,and safety hazards.A guardian DC power supply system based on battery tap grouping and its control strategy are proposed without changing the traditional DC system structure.By grouping and boosting parallel batteries to achieve redundant power supply to the bus,the problem of bus voltage loss caused by single battery failure in the battery pack is solved.The reliability of DC bus power supply is improved.At the same time,a protective DC power supply system’s automatic capacity allocation strategy is proposed to reduce energy loss during manual capacity allocation and improve the maintenance efficiency of DC power supply equipment.
