摘要:

基于所设计的塑壳断路器物理样机,开展试验研究。对比分析了交、直流短路分断特性、分断原理和关键影响因素。研究发现,电弧电压和恢复电压分别为直流分断和交流分断的重要影响因素。预期电流幅值和气吹效应则不同程度地同时影响交、直流分断,设计塑壳断路器时应对其给予充分关注。

Abstract:

Based on the experimental studies for the designed moulded case circuit breakers(MCCBs),this paper analyzed the short circuit breaking characteristics and the key influencing factors of AC circuits and DC circuits.It is found that the arc voltage and the recovery voltage affect the DC breaking and AC breaking respectively.The prospective breaking current and the air-blast affect both the DC breaking and the AC breaking at different degrees,and should be seriously considered in the design of MCCBs.
