塑壳断路器短路分断试验研究

Experimental Research on Short Circuit Breaking of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker

摘要: 电弧重燃是断路器短路分断过程中最重要的一种现象,并且对短路分断性能有着直接的影响。电弧重燃受到各种参数的影响,难以量化分析。通过设计一种金属栅片电压测试设备系统对塑壳断路器分断过程的电弧重燃和弧后电流进行了量化分析。热击穿和电击穿是短路分断过程的两种重燃现象,基于测量数据对出现的现象进行了物理过程分析。最后,给出了塑壳断路器降低重燃的灭弧系统改进建议。

Abstract: Arc reignition is the most common phenomenon of short circuit interruption process,and it has direct impact on short circuit breaking capacity.Because arc reignition is affected by various design parameters,it is difficult to be analyzed quantificationally.In this paper,a metal splitter voltage measurement equipment system was used to analyze arc reignition and post-arc current.Thermal breakdown and electrical breakdown are two reignition phenomena of short circuit breaking process,this paper presented the physical process analysis with these measured data for both two reignition phenomena.Finally,the improvement advices upon arc chamber system were given.
