弹簧操动机构分闸扣板冲击疲劳寿命估算

Estimation of Impact Fatigue Life of Spring Operating Mechanism’s Opening Gusset Plate

摘要:

针对弹簧操动机构分闸扣板在工作过程中失效的问题,提出了一种适用于受强冲击载荷的疲劳寿命计算方法。运用RecurDyn对整体弹簧操动机构进行运动学分析,得到合闸速度、行程与弹簧力。基于运动学模型利用Lsdyna进行冲击动力学仿真,得到合闸过程中分闸扣板应力集中处的时间应力曲线。针对其失效特点,采用局部应力应变法加冲击损伤修正方法进行寿命估算,得到的结果为9 216次,与实际测试次数10 000次相比,误差为7.8%,符合工程要求。

Abstract:

A fatigue life calculation method suitable for strong impact loads is proposed to address the failure problem encountered by the opening gusset plate of the spring operating mechanism during operation.The kinematic analysis on the overall spring operating mechanism using RecurDyn is performed to obtain the closing speed,stroke,and spring force.Based on the kinematic model and using Lsdyna for impact dynamics simulation,the time stress curve at the stress concentration point of the opening gusset plate during the closing process is obtained.Based on its failure characteristics,the local stress-strain method combined with impact damage correction method is used for the life estimation,and the result obtained is 9 216 times.Compared with the actual testing frequency of 10 000 times,the error is 7.8%,which can meet the engineering requirements.
