SF6/N2混合气体断路器弧后击穿特性研究

Study on Post Arc Breakdown Characteristics of SF6/N2 Mixed Gas Circuit Breaker

摘要:

以SF6和SF6/N2混合气体为研究对象,建立交流电源、单一喷口、固定电极条件下的电弧模型。通过结合Mayr电弧模型的方法研究替代气体断路器弧后热击穿特性;采用两项近似法求解玻尔兹曼方程,计算混合气体临界击穿场强并与替代气体断路器模型实际场强比较,研究弧后电击穿特性。研究结果表明,在SF6/N2混合气体中SF6含量较高时弧后击穿特性表现与纯SF6气体断路器弧后击穿特性表现比较接近,说明其基本具备SF6气体的弧后击穿特性,可以实现对于SF6气体的替代,为SF6替代气体断路器的研发提供理论依据,对于替代气体断路器重击穿问题的研究也具有参考价值。

Abstract:

Taking SF6 and SF6/N2 gas mixture as the research object,the arc model under the condition of AC power supply,single nozzle and fixed electrode is established.The post arc thermal breakdown characteristics of substitute gas circuit breakers are studied by combining Mayr arc model.The Boltzmann equation is solved by using the two-term approximation method,and the critical breakdown field strength of mixed gas is calculated and compared with the actual field strength of the substitute gas circuit breaker model.The results show that when the SF6 content in the SF6/N2 mixed gas is high,the performance of the post arc breakdown characteristics is close to that of the pure SF6 gas circuit breaker.It basically has the post arc breakdown characteristics of SF6 gas and can realize the replacement of SF6 gas,which provides the theoretical basis for the research and development of SF6 substitute gas circuit breaker,and has reference value for the research on the re-breakdown problem of the substitute gas circuit breaker.
