双断口直流断路器的仿真与试验研究

摘要:

常规电流注入式直流断路器采用快速真空开关并联包含IGCT的电力电子组件,来实现断路器额定电流与短路电流开断的任务。针对单断口直流断路器,在额定电流开断过程中,快速真空开关断口电流自然转移至IGCT电力电子组件存在换流失败现象,以及大短路电流开断工况下,快速真空开关断口存在一定概率出现电弧重燃现象,提出由两台快速真空开关串联的设计方式形成双断口直流断路器的改进方案,并对两台快速真空开关影响开断性能的主要参数进行边界能力分析。通过仿真与实验验证,双断口直流断路器可以有效消除换流失败与电弧重燃现象,从而提高断路器的可靠性以及工程实际应用的可行性。

Abstract:

A fast vacuum switch in parallel with a power electronic component containing IGCT is used in the conventional current injection DC circuit breaker to achieve the task of breaking the rated current and short-circuit current of the circuit breaker. In response to the phenomenon of commutation failure caused by the natural transfer of fast vacuum switch breaking current to IGCT power electronic components during the rated current breaking process of a single break DC circuit breaker, as well as the possibility of arc reignition at the break of the fast vacuum switch under high short-circuit current breaking conditions, an improvement design method is proposed to form a double break DC circuit breaker by connecting two fast vacuum switches in series.And the boundary capability analysis on the main parameters that affect the breaking performance of two fast vacuum switches is conducted. Through simulation and experiment verification, the double break DC circuit breaker can effectively eliminate the phenomenon of commutation failure and arc reignition, which can improve the reliability of the circuit breaker and the feasibility of practical engineering applications.
